Todays’ toll on in incidents of election violence rises to 114

(January 26, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) The Elections Secretariat says that 114 incidents of election violence are reported in connection with voting carried out during the course of the day.The special unit set up for accepting complaints in this regard said that the highest number of incidents, 19, was reported from the Kandy district.This unit has also received 16 complaints from the Gampaha
